gender reveal shoot 1

the inspiration for this shoot came from gender reveals, which i find really unnecessary, because they reinforce gender roles so much. i think gender reveals are really just "hey, these are the genitals of my baby!" so i decided to make a shoot make fun at that idea of the rigid binary. my model is another person who is non-binary, and they are holding the trans flag, which is blue, pink, and white. in the flag, the creator made blue for boy, pink for girl, and white for those who are non-binary. because white represents the breaking of the binary, i chose to have white smoke to emphasize the breaking of the binary.
